Refund policy

At Bag4people, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and related requests are handled.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns for most standard orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be free from wear, damage, alterations, or modifications

  • Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation, if applicable

Bag4people reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under this standard policy:

  • Custom-made washers or spacers

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, installation, damage, or modification

  • Items not returned in their original packaging

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Certain custom-made or high-value orders may be subject to separate return conditions, modified return windows, or restocking fees. Please review our High-Value & Custom Orders Refund Policy before purchasing such products.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item was shipped to bag4people

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bag4people is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after refund approval for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, size, configuration, or product variation, please place a new order. Where applicable, the original item may be returned in accordance with this policy.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, tampered with, or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs, shipping labels, packaging details, or other information necessary to investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, Bag4people will work with the carrier to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund
